Purpose of the Plan
Corrective work establishes change. Continuity preserves it.
The Structural Continuity Plan is designed for clients who have completed initial corrective care and wish to maintain alignment, mobility, and biomechanical efficiency over time.
Rather than waiting for discomfort to return, care becomes preventative and progressive.
How the Plan Works
Clients may choose between:
– Eight 90-minute Focused sessions
– Five and a half 130-minute Comprehensive sessions
Session type is selected based on structural needs and progression stage.
Appointments are typically spaced monthly, though frequency may adjust depending on activity level, injury history, or performance goals.
The plan provides structured access at a preferred rate while supporting consistent care.
Who This Is Designed For
This plan is appropriate for:
– Clients who have completed an initial corrective phase
– Individuals managing chronic structural patterns
– Athletes or active professionals maintaining performance
– Those prioritizing long-term mobility and prevention
Maintenance is not passive. It is strategic.
“Continuing monthly prevented the setbacks I used to experience every few months.”
Commitment & Scheduling
Sessions are prepaid and used within a defined period to encourage consistency. Scheduling is coordinated in advance to maintain structural continuity
